We want you to know that we love you, and we have you covered.

  • Through Christ, God has invited His children to talk to Him. Standing before His throne is no small thing, it is a grace that He has made a way for us. At Life Point, we recognize this is life-changing and we’re here for you.

  • “To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: ‘Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people - robbers, evildoers, adulterers - even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get. But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and aid, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’ I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” [Luke 18:9-14]

  • The purpose of the Benevolence special funding project is to help meet the basic physical needs of those struggling financially – “especially those of the household of faith.” (Galatians 6:10)

What that looks like for those who are not a part of our congregation is, following prayer and reasonable vetting, a modest help with a grocery giſt card. For those who are a part of our congregation, we work together to do whatever we can to keep our families housed and fed. The Benevolence process starts with a short application and includes an interview with a Benevolence Team member. Our help may involve, not only financial assistance, but also financial coaching so that systemic financial issues are remedied as much as possible.

“…if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God’s love abide in him?”

Goal: Families in need always cared for appropriately.

  • The death of a family member is a significant loss. We would love to help prepare a service of remembrance for the loved ones of regular Life Point Church attenders and their immediate families. Please contact us to discuss a Life Point Pastor's availability to officiate a memorial or funeral service at an off site location.

Marriage is an institution created by God for a man and a woman to become husband and wife for as long as they both shall live. As such, we at Life Point want to ensure that any couple we marry is set up for a successful and lasting marriage. Ultimately, that is dependent upon those making the vows, but we approach our role with a profound sense of responsibility.
